Booking Terms and Conditions
These Booking Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, form the basis of the contract between MAP S.r.l. and our guests for the reservation of rooms at our property.
We invite you to carefully read the following, as it defines the rights and obligations of both parties. The terms "you" and "your" refer to all individuals listed in the reservation, including any additional participants added later. The terms "we" and "our" refer to MAP S.r.l.
Bookings
By making a booking, the person completing the reservation confirms that they are authorized by the other participants and accepts these Booking Terms and Conditions. The reservation will be confirmed via a confirmation email. We encourage you to carefully check the confirmation received and contact us immediately in case of any discrepancies. A valid credit card is required to finalize the booking. The lack of such a guarantee may result in the cancellation of the reservation.
Guests must be of legal age to make a reservation. Minors can stay only if accompanied by a responsible adult.
Contract
The contract takes effect when you receive the booking confirmation. This contract is governed by Italian law, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Italian authorities.
Rates
Rates may vary, but the price confirmed at the time of booking is guaranteed. Local taxes (tourist tax) are not included in the price and must be paid separately.
Modifications and Cancellations
Modification requests must be communicated via email to info@mirap.it or by phone at the provided number. Any changes may be treated as cancellations and re-bookings, with the corresponding penalties applied.

For cancellations made after this period, a penalty equal to the full deposit paid or the cost of the first night’s stay will be applied. We will strive to avoid changes or cancellations, but we reserve the right to make them if necessary. Should this occur, we will offer equivalent or superior alternatives, or a full refund of any payments made.
Authorization for payment
By making a reservation or placing an order on our website, the user authorizes MAP S.r.l. to charge the total amount of the reservation to the indicated credit or debit card, in accordance with the tariff conditions selected at the time of purchase. This amount may include local taxes (e.g., tourist tax), additional costs for optional services, and other expenses indicated during the booking process.
Timing of charges
The credit card charge may occur based on the type of rate booked:
- Flexible Rate: No immediate charge; the amount will be debited only on the free cancellation deadline date or after check-in.
- Non-Refundable Rate: The amount will be charged immediately at the time of booking.
- Pre-Authorization: To guarantee the reservation, a pre-authorization may be applied to the indicated card. This does not constitute a charge but a temporary hold of the amount, which will be automatically released or converted into a payment at the time of the stay.
Payment data security
All credit card payments are processed through secure and certified payment platforms, compliant with PCI-DSS standards. Our website uses advanced encryption technologies (SSL/TLS) to protect payment data during transmission. MAP S.r.l. does not directly store complete credit card details, which are processed by our payment providers.
Cancellation and refund policies
The cancellation and refund conditions depend on the selected rate:
- Refundable Rates: Cancellations can be made without penalties within the deadline specified in the booking confirmation. In such cases, any amounts already charged will be refunded.
- Non-Refundable Rates: The amount paid will not be refunded in case of cancellation or no-show.

Local taxes and additional charges
Any tourist taxes or other local charges not included in the booking price will be payable directly at the property. These amounts will be clearly indicated at the time of booking.
User responsibility
The user guarantees that the payment details provided are accurate, valid, and authorized. Any fraudulent use of the credit card will be promptly reported to the relevant authorities and may result in the cancellation of the reservation.
Payment issue resolution
In case of difficulties processing the payment (e.g., card declined), the user will be contacted to provide an alternative payment method. Failure to provide a valid method may result in the cancellation of the reservation.
Fraud protection
To protect our customers, all transactions are subject to anti-fraud security checks. In some cases, additional documentation may be required to verify the cardholder's identity.
Changes to payment terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these payment terms. Any changes will be published on the website and communicated to the customer prior to proceeding with new bookings.

Force Majeure
We will not be held responsible for the inability to provide services due to unforeseen and unavoidable events, such as natural disasters or extraordinary circumstances. We are committed to offering the highest level of service. However, we will not be responsible for shortcomings caused by third parties or unforeseeable events.
Problems and Complaints

Behavior
Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused to the property. Payment for such damages must be made immediately.
Special Requests and Health Issues
Please inform us of any special requests or needs at the time of booking. We will do our best to accommodate them, but we cannot guarantee their fulfillment.
Travel Documents
You are responsible for keeping and presenting all necessary documents for your stay.
